Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center Named Orange County Top Workplace For Third Consecutive Year

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. – Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital in the MemorialCare Health System, was selected for the third consecutive year as a Top Workplace by The Orange County Register.

 

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a National list of Top Workplaces. Over the past year, more than 4,500 organizations and 1 in every 100 employers in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees.

The Fountain Valley-based MemorialCare Health System was also honored as a Top Workplace. “Wellness and engagement are the heart of our organization,” said Tammie Brailsford, COO of MemorialCare Health System. “When patients and their families connect with MemorialCare, they are being cared for by people dedicated to the good health of our employees and the community. Our employee wellness programs, including onsite gyms and walking trails, have contributed to MemorialCare’s culture of healthy, happy employees.”
