Yorba Linda Resident Darryl Lycett Named CFO of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

Yorba Linda resident Darryl Lycett has been named Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP). The position is based in Los Angeles. TCSPP has three campuses: Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, D. C. Lycett has extensive finance and operations expertise across a variety of sectors, including higher education, real estate, energy and retail. Most recently, Lycett held the position of Corporate Director of Finance for American Career College and West Coast University where he served as a key member of the leadership team guiding the organization through numerous strategic growth initiatives. During this time he received the 2011 Shared Services Above and Beyond Award presented by the organization’s Executive Chairman and Senior Leadership Team in recognition of his significant contributions.

Prior to joining American Career College and West Coast University, Lycett served as the Division Director of Finance for the Southern California Division of Albertsons, a subsidiary of Supervalu Inc. where he was responsible for a portfolio of 300 locations, and an annual operating budget exceeding $6 billion. Preceding this position, he was with Unocal Corporation as Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis where he was responsible for the financial leadership, planning and operations analysis for the Real Estate, Remediation Services, Mining Operations and Carbon (RRMC) group of business units with combined annual revenues of $650M. Lycett holds a B.S. in Management and Finance from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
