Photos: Master Chef Martin Yan Helps Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Launch New Asian Menu

Master Chef Martin Yan was on hand Wednesday as Fountain Valley Regional Hospital celebrated the launch of its new Asian menu.

Yan treated the crowd to a demonstration of his knife skills as well as some pointers on how they can follow methods and habits used in Asian cuisine and culture to eat healthier.

Yan also signed copies of his new book, Martin Yan's Quick & Easy. He is the host of more than 2,000 cooking shows broadcast worldwide, and, in addition to his title of Master Chef, he is also a highly respected food consultant, a cooking instructor and an author of 26 cookbooks.
