Where are the best local prices for gasoline?

With a three-day weekend coming and summer road trips on your mind, you don’t want to let the high price of gasoline slow down your groove. So, to help rev your weekend plans along without crashing your wallet, here’s a list of the gasoline price leaders in Fountain Valley:

  1. Tied for the best price for gasoline in Fountain Valley this week is the Arco station on Magnolia and Talbert, where regular is $3.63 per gallon, mid-grade is $3.73 per gallon and premium is $3.83 per gallon.
  2. With prices competitive to the Magnolia Arco, the Arco station on Edinger and Euclid is also a great bet for a good deal. Regular is $3.63 per gallon, mid-grade is $3.73 per gallon and premium is $3.83 per gallon.
  3. Costco is an excellent place to stop for gas if you’re stocking up for the long weekend. Its regular runs $3.65 per gallon, mid-grade is $3.75 per gallon and premium is $3.85 per gallon.
  4. The 76 station on Brookhurst and Talbert is convenient to the freeway and also has good prices. Regular will run you $3.67 per gallon, mid-grade is $3.77 per gallon, while premium is $3.87 per gallon.
  5. On the opposite corner of Brookhurst and Talbert is the Shell station, whose prices are a match for the 76 station at $3.67, $3.77 and $3.87 per gallon. Shell adds extras like an automated car wash and a Subway sandwich shop to add more value to your gasoline stop.
