Yes, it’s true" July is designated National Cell Phone Courtesy Month. A month where we can all remind ourselves to turn down the ringer, not to text when lunching with Grandma, and to use our inside voices. But, we wouldn’t want you to be courteous while using any old cell phone, so we’ve gathered the best local phone deals to help you mind your manners in style:

  1. T-Mobile wants to make 4G easy and is offering a no-contract unlimited talk/text/data plan for all its 4G smartphones for $50 a month.
  2. You can add a line and save on the phone at Verizon Wireless. It is offering $50 off select phones and smartphones when you add a line to your family plan.
  3. Metro PCS has no-contract deals starting at $40 a month. It is also running a back-to-school sale with $50 in instant savings on a selection of phones.
  4. Take care of the planet with Sprint, which is running a special this month on the first eco-friendly Android smartphone, the Samsung Replenish.The Replenish is the first phone in the U.S. with an optional solar panel charger. It’s manufactured from 82 percent recyclable materials and boxed in fully recyclable packaging. If you sign up this month, Sprint will waive the $10 per month data add-on charge.
  5. To help you use your new phone in hands-free mode, RadioShack has a deal this month on the Plantronics Explorer 390 bluetooth headset—only $29.99.
