Orange Coast Memorial Named to List of Top OC Workplaces

Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center has been selected as a Top Workplace 2011 by The Orange County Register, the hospital announced Friday.

The Top Workplaces 2011 were selected following an independent survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. A total of 119 companies were invited to participate in the survey process. Employees were asked to respond to questions related to five key workplace factors: direction, execution, managers, career and pay and benefits. The ranking of companies was based solely employee responses.
