The fifth annual Orange County Restaurant Week kicked off Friday, and 100 eateries are offering meals at reduced prices.
During the event, which runs through March 2, restaurants will provide multiple-course menus with a starter, entree and dessert at a lowered cost: lunch for $10, $15 or $20 and dinners for $20, $30 and $40.
