What Is Atrial Fibrillation?

What Is Atrial Fibrillation?

According to the National Institutes of Health, Atrial fibrillation or AF, is the most common type of arrhythmia, a problem with the rate or rhythm of the heartbeat. AF occurs if rapid, disorganized electrical signals cause the heart's two upper chambers to fibrillate, which can cause blood to pool and clot in the atria. Join us for this informative lecture on Atrial Fibrillation. Please RSVP to 714-979-1408. Light Lunch will be served.
