Welcome to Slither City! Fountain Valley's Reptile Zoo celebrates its second year with a Halloween party featuring snakes, lizards, turtles, a black panther ... and lots of costumed visitors.

The Reptile Zoo's Halloween bash on Sunday featured a black panther, king cobra, various lizards and assorted costumed humans.
