Thanks to branch and online fundraising, First Bank employees in Orange County, Los Angeles and the San Diego areas helped raise $3,500 during the Play-4-JA Bowl-a-Thon. All proceeds went to Junior Achievement’s financial literacy programs.
First Bank’s fundraising efforts, which included selling JA cards and holding raffles, culminated in JA bowling event at Fountain Valley Bowl in Fountain Valley, California.
Five First Bank branches participated in fundraising: Fullerton, Huntington Beach (Goldenwest office), Westminster, Lakewood and Rowland Heights. It was the seventh consecutive year First Bank participated in the JA fundraiser.
