Crime: Grand Theft at Fresh & Easy and L.A. Fitness

This week the Fountain Valley Police Department has investigated reports of burglaries, grand thefts and a rash of vandalism.

BURGARY

7/18/13— 6:30 a.m.,― Two business located in a shopping center on the 9000 block of Warner Avenue reported commercial burglaries.

7/20/13—2:39 a.m. ―A burglary was reported from a residence on the 16000 block of Scotchpine Avenue.

GRAND THEFT

BRANDISHING  A WEAPON

7/19/13—7:38 p.m.—Near Casa Rey Drive and Edinger Streets.

VANDALISM STRING

7/23/13—Five incidents of graffiti was reported to the FVPD on Tuesday between the hours of 7:59–8:20 a.m., at Stonecress Park, Mount Neota Street and Heil Avenue, Oak Street and El Camino avenue, and at the Urbain H. Plavan School on the 9000 block of Warner Avenue.

STOLEN VEHICLE

7/23/13—1:21 p.m.—A vehicle was reported stolen from the 1000 block of Slater Avenue.
