A female pimp who attempted to recruit a 17-year-old girl on Facebook for prostitution, who turned out to be an Anaheim undercover officer, has been sentenced to six years in prison, authorities said Friday.
Dominica Darlene Wallace, 25, of Vallejo, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a felony count of pandering by procuring for the purpose of prostitution, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
In April, Wallace made contact with an undercover Anaheim investigator pretending to be a 17-year-old girl, according to prosecutors.
Wallace offered instructions on methods of prostitution and said she wanted to take the fictitious girl to Las Vegas to work for her, according to prosecutors. She took a photo from the undercover officer's phony Facebook page and used it on another website to advertise prostitution, prosecutors said.
Two undercover Anaheim officers responded to the ad and Wallace directed them to an Anaheim motel April 30 where she thought the 17-year-old girl would be staying, prosecutors said. Wallace was arrested later that day.
