Fountain Valley Crime Biters Honored

Sometimes, for Fountain Valley to live up to its reputation as "A Nice Place to Live," the police department needs the help and cooperation of vigilant residents who take it upon themselves to recognize and report crimes in progress. Several such residents were honored last week at City Hall by Fountain Valley Police Chief Paul Sorrell.

"This is an important part of our community," Sorrell said. "A lot of people just wait for someone to get there. These people took action. It's important that our community stays together and works together to make it a better place."
