Four Injured in Alcohol-Related One-Car Accident
Huntington Beach man arrested on suspicion of DUI.
A Huntington Beach man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana after a one-car accident in Fountain Valley that injured the driver and three passengers.
Brenton Kopack, 23, was driving northbound on Mount Langley Street in a Ford Ranger pickup when he failed to negotiate a right turn onto Spencer Avenue, said Fountain Valley police Sgt. Kurt Ulrich. The vehicle containing three passengers was overturned upon police arrival.
All four were transported to a local hospital with serious physical injuries, including lacerations. However, there were no life-threatening injuries, Ulrich said.

Kopack was medically cleared and was booked for felony drunk driving. He is being held at Orange County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
