A woman reported a stolen cell phone after receiving a bill of $300 on Warner Avenue near Santa Ana River Trail, Jan. 7 at 12:07 p.m. The woman said she did not use her cell phone frequently and kept it in the pocket of her suitcase until she noticed it missing on Jan. 5.
A woman reported identity theft on El Cortez Avenue, Jan. 7 at 9:12 a.m. when she had received an e-mail alerting her of inquires that were made to her credit report in an attempt of opening a new credit card with her personal information. She does not know how the suspect(s) obtained her credit card information and has since canceled the card.
A man reported $6,200 worth of property missing from Power Source Chiropractic on Magnolia Street near Talbert Avenue, Jan. 7 at 7:45 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the business by defeating the rear door lock, causing $150 worth of damages and fled undetected.

A teacher from Fulton Middle School reported a broken window and what appeared to be human feces smeared on a class room door and its handle, Jan. 6 at 11:15 a.m. There were no signs of entry into the room. Damages are estimated at $200.
A man reported $440 worth of surfboard and CDs stolen from his parked and secured vehicle on Brookhurst Street near Sparrow Avenue, Jan. 6 at 4:17 a.m. The man was alerted of the vehicle break-in by a friend who, although did not witness the crime, saw three men fleeing from a distance.

A disabled person reported a stolen front license plate from his vehicle on Los Leones Street and Pheasant Avenue, Jan. 4 at 4:46 p.m.
A caller reported to FVPD front desk vandalism at Los Amigos High School on Newhope Street near Heil Avenue, Feb. 4 at 6:41 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) wrote "EMSK" and "Clumze" in several areas around campus, including on trash containers, doors, handicap signs, staff parking signs and storage containers. Damages are estimated at $200.
A woman reported $1,068 stolen from her bank account after discovering unauthorized withdraws and charges to her debit card while checking her blaance online, Feb. 3 at 6:14 p.m. The woman claimed her card was not misplaced or stolen and does not know how the suspect(s) obtained her information.
A $230 BMX bicycle was stolen from Sports Authority on Warner Avenue near Magnolia Street, Jan. 30 at 10:11 a.m. The person allegedly grabbed the bike and walk out of the store without paying for it. Police did not locate the suspect on scene.
Arrests
A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance without a presciption on Shasta Street and Holly Avenue, Feb. 5 at 1:19 a.m. and was released on a citation.
A 33-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of entering a business with intent to commit theft on Feb. 1 at 11:42 a.m. and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail.
