Two Men Arrested For Possession, Sale of Narcotics
One of the men arrested by Fountain Valley police is wanted on a federal racketeering warrant, according to authorities.
Fountain Valley police have arrested two men on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale, including one who was already wanted on a federal racketeering warrant, authorities said today.
Humberto Serabia, 23, was arrested on July 11 by members of the Fountain Valley Police Department's Special Investigations Unit, said Capt. Mike Simko.
At the time of his arrest, Serabia was a wanted man named in an
outstanding federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) warrant stemming from a 2011 multi-jurisdictional organized crime investigation called Operation Black Flag, Simko said.

On July 13, the Special Investigations Unit, assisted by the Santa Ana
Police Department's Gang Unit, served a search warrant at Serabia's residence in Costa Mesa and arrested Alejandro Maldonado, 22, while seizing an ounce of tar heroin, five grams of heroin and $40,000 in cash, he said.
