The Fountain Valley Community Foundation Board's initial functions and responsibilities will be to adopt governing bylaws, develop a budget and setup accounts, file with both Federal and State agencies, apply for non profit status, establish goals, manage assets, develop marketing publication to attract financial support, and assist worthy activities, programs and services in the City of Fountain Valley.
