The Fountain Valley Planning Comission will consider proposals at its meeting Wednesday for a new music school and a martial arts training facility.
Both new businesses would be on Magnolia Street. Carlton Liu has submitted a petition to open a Yamaha Music School at 18059 Magnolia St. Tom Vo has submitted a petition to open Tom Vo's Taekwondo at 17071 Magnolia St.
The commission will also consider a request from Terry Hairston, who wants to open Team America Fitness, a one-on-one personal training facility on Lawson River Avenue.
In other business, the commission will conduct a five-year review of T-Mobile's cell site at 11460 Warner Ave.
