Fountain Valley Rotary Club to Honor 14 Top Teachers
Local leaders will recognize educators from schools the city.
Teacher of the Year is a pretty, important title. Fountain Valley's got 14 of 'em.
The Fountain Valley Rotary Club will honor 14 teachers at a ceremony at the Fountain Valley School District office Tuesday morning.
At the annual event, the organization will officially recognize their Teachers of the Year from Fountain Valley School District, as well as Vista View Middle School, Fountain Valley High School, Valley Vista High School and Los Amigos High School.

Mayor Mark McCurdy and members of the Fountain Valley City Council are expected to join principals, district staff and family members who will honor the teachers.
SchoolsFirst FCU, the Fountain Valley Educational Foundation, Kellogg Products, Fountain Valley Rotary and Vital Link are sponsoring the event, which is not open to the public.
