Moiola Second Graders Honored for Artistic Achievement

Payton Moore placed first in musical composition and Caitlyn Zone won for literature to advance to the 4th District PTA's "Diversity Means..." Reflections program.

Two second grade students from Moiola School in Fountain Valley recently advanced to the 4th District PTA Open House Reflections program by coming in first place at the Huntington Union Council PTA competition.

Payton Moore was the winner in the musical composition category, while Caitlyn Zone was the winner in the literature category.

The 4th District Reflections program, entitled "Diversity Means...", was held at the Orange County Department of Education in Costa Mesa. Although neither student won that title in their category, Moore did receive the “Award of Merit” from the 4th District for her rendition of “I See Diversity.”
