Barons' Hot Shooting Continues at Yorba Linda
Fountain Valley had 4 players in double figures in a convincing 17-point win on the road.
Tanner Trounce scored 21 points Tuesday night, and four Fountain Valley players went for double figures as the Barons won easily at Yorba Linda, 69-52.
Nathan Moss added 13 points for the Barons, and Josh Armstrong and Zack Richartz each chipped in with 10 as Fountain Valley improved to 8-2 with its sixth win in seven games. Fountain Valley scored at least 16 points in all four quarters, sprinting out of the gate with 19 in the first and finished strong with 18 in the fourth.
The Barons head south Wednesday to El Toro High to take on winless San Juan Hills in the North/South County Challenge.
