Special Friends Get Their Groove On

"A Special Gathering for Friends," a dance for adults with disabilities, was held Friday night at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center & Sports Park.

Julie Perez says Riley Graza is her boyfriend, and on Friday night they found something that every young couple loves to do--Dance!

Perez and Graza were among about 75 adults--both young and old, many in walkers and wheelchairs--who danced the night away at the "Special Gathering for Friends," a dance for adults with disabilities, at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center & Sports Park.

The event was hosted by the Advisory Committee for the Disabled and sponsored by the Fountain Valley Community Foundation.

The next dance for adults with disabilities will be held April 13.
