Monroe Elementary School
Monroe Elementary School is part of the Garden Grove Unified School District. Its campus houses 20 permanent classrooms, a resource specialist room, speech therapy room, library, multi-purpose room and computer lab. The staff includes a psychologist, instructional aides and a speech and language pathologist. Parents are encouraged to become involved in the school's activities through the PTA, School Site Council, English Learner Advisory Committee, Back-to-School Night, Open House and music programs. Principal Michelle Rushall has been leading the school since 2007.
