Thuy's Food To Go is located in the Little Saigon section of Fountain Valley in the shopping center on Edinger and Magnolia. Catering services is also offered for events. Products include coffee, bun bo hue, hu tieu (white noodles), mi (yellow noodles), banh canh, banh gio, pate chaud, xoi, banh khot, banh xeo, goi cuon, nen nuong cuon, che, fried rice, and over 80 items for com phan (a la carte items to eat with rice), banh mi (sandwiches), eggrolls and chao (porridge).
