Xanh Bistro

Xanh Bistro (pron. "Sang") is known for its seafood and vegetable dishes, as well as authentic soups and desserts. Recommended dishes include the Curry Chicken, Orange Roughy Filet with Green Mango, and Crab and Shrimp With Clear Noodle. Xanh is owned and operated by Haley Nguyen, a graduate of the Cooking School of the Rockies, contributor to the <em>OC Register</em>and cullinary teacher at Saddleback Community College.
