Annual Fountain Valley Tree Lighting Set for Saturday Night
The event will feature live entertainment, fireworks and a visit from Santa Claus.
The City of Fountain Valley will offically kick off the holiday season Saturday night when it hosts the city's annual tree lighting ceremony at the Sports Park.
The night's events will begin at 4:30 p.m., with plenty of live entertainment and food from local businesses. The mayor will light the tree around 8:30 p.m., and the night will conclude with a visit from Santa and a spectacular fireworks show.
Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for $5, and Fountain Valley Patch will be there as well with plenty of hot coffee for those in attendance.
