Rodent Infestation Closes Fountain Valley Restaurant
Health inspectors have shut down China Bowl Express on Warner Avenue.
Orange County health officials shut down China Bowl Express in Fountain Valley Monday after discovering a rodent infestation.
It remains closed as of publication time.
Inspectors visited the restaurant at 11041 Warner Ave., according to an online report.

There they found several serious violations:
- Rodent infestation in a “critical” area
- Improper holding temperatures for food
- Lack of or improper hand washing
