New Fountain Valley Housing Development Bucks Dipping Sales Trend
The Lemongrass community sold 5 of its 16 houses in the first 4 days.
A new upscale housing development in Fountain Valley is flying in the face of slumping home sales trends, with five of its 16 homes already having been sold since Dec. 10.
The Lemongrass community, located on just under three acres at 18110 Magnolia St., attracted about 800 people to its two-day grand opening event. The homes top out at 3,600 square feet and sell for around $1 million.
