Trio Arrested on Suspicion of Home Burglaries

Police arrested three people on suspicion of burglarizing three Fountain Valley homes and trying to burglarize four others, authorities said. 

The trio allegedly hit homes between 9 p.m. March 12 and 5:46 a.m. March 13, according to latest crime trends report from the Fountain Valley Police Department.

Police said the three burglarized two residences on 18800 Block of Mount Cimarron Street and one on the 9800 block of James River Circle, and tried to burgle three other homes on Mount Cimarron and one on the 9900 block of White River Circle.

Here’s the list of places the trio allegedly hit and tried to hit.

Burglarized

• 18800 block of Mount Cimarron on between 1 a.m. and 4:50 a.m. March 13.
• 9800 block of James River between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. March 13
• 18800 block of Mount Cimarron at 3:42 a.m. March 13

Attempted Burglary

• 18800 block of Mount Cimarron between 9 a.m. March 12 and 5:46 a.m. March 13.
• 9900 block of White River at 3:15 a.m. March 13
• 18900 block of Mt Cimarron between 4 a.m. and 4:50 a.m. March 13.
• 18900 block of Mt Cimarron on 5:25 a.m. March 13.

Here are some other residential burglaries reported in March by the FVPD:

• A suspect was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a home on the 9900 block of Thistle at 1:31 p.m. March 21.
• A man in his 20s tried to burglarize a home at the 10600 block of El Silbido 3:30 a.m. March 2. He was describe as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds with a heavy build.
• Police identified a possible suspect in a burglary at a home at the 17300 block of Brookhurst between 7 a.m. March 27 and 7 a.m. March 29.
