Police reports from around Fountain Valley.

Theft from a vehicle, Warbler Avenue, Oct. 11 at 7:55 a.m. Suspect(s) smashed the rear passenger window and took a purse from behind the driver’s seat. Estimated loss: $1,500.

Theft from a vehicle, Whitefish Circle, Oct. 9 at 2:41 p.m. Suspect(s) gained entry into unlocked vehicle parked on residential driveway and fled with a $200 radio.

Theft from a vehicle, El Costa Circle, Oct. 9 at 8:37 a.m. Suspect(s) gained entry into unlocked vehicle on residential driveway and took $490 worth of property.

Theft from Champion Food on Magnolia Street near Warner Avenue, Oct. 7 at 3:46 a.m. Suspect broke the front glass door, removed $55 worth of checks and cash and caused estimated damage of $400.

Theft from a medical office on Warner Avenue near Euclid Street, Oct. 5 at 9:57 a.m. Suspect(s) entered the locked office after hours and fled with $950 worth of property taken off a bookshelf. A second medical business in the same building reported an attempted theft the same day. Suspect(s) entered the office -- without force after hours -- and tried unsuccessfully to pry open a locked drawer.
