John Collins will take over from Steve Nagel, and the city council will elect its next mayor pro tem.
Fountain Valley Mayor Pro Tem John Collins will be sworn in as the city's next mayor during the Fountain Valley City Council's regular meeting Tuesday night.
Collins will take over for Steve Nagel, and the council will elect its new mayor pro tem, who will take over for Collins this time next year.
