11th Annual Surf City Splash at Huntington Beach Pier

Downtown Huntington Beach will play host to the 11th Annual "Surf City Splash" on Saturday, January 1, 2011 beginning with a pancake breakfast at 9:30am in front of Zack's Beach Catering, a pre-splash ceremony at 11:30am recognizing the oldest and youngest participants, the most outrageous costume and the largest group participating.  The even will culminate with hundreds of swimmers braving the cold waters of the Pacific Ocean, just next to the Huntington Beach Pier

The event is a fundraising for the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum and several Lions Clubs charities.
